Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Management Consultant - Technology M&A to support complex transactions and transformation programmes across the deal lifecycle. The role focuses on technology due diligence, integration and separation initiatives, with exposure to cloud, infrastructure and cyber security considerations.

You will work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across geographies, contributing to client deliverables and business development efforts while maintaining a focus

Qualifications

• Experience within consulting, advisory or industry-based technology transformation roles.
• Understanding of Technology M&A and the transaction life-cycle.
• Exposure to technology due diligence, integration or separation projects.
• Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, cyber security or operating models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience engaging with a range of stakeholder groups.
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning and client success.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Technology M&A engagements from due diligence through to execution
• Assist with technology integration and separation planning and implementation
• Analyse technology operating models, infrastructure, applications and digital capabilities
• Develop client presentations, reports and recommendations
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across transaction and transformation programmes
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors and geographies
• Support programme governance, risk management and delivery excellence
