Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior technology leader to own day-to-day technology delivery and to build a comprehensive technology roadmap. You will position technology as a business enabler, govern technology initiatives, and evaluate emerging technologies.

In this role you will lead the Microsoft stack, oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, own Power BI strategy, and champion AI strategy while mentoring a distributed technology team and serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior engineering or technology leadership.
• Delivery of technology changes and roadmaps.
• Experience coordinating technical teams.
• Ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels.
• Experience advising clients and partners as a trusted technical advisor.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack including 365, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Business Central.
• Understanding of AI tools and automation technologies.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles
• A track record of delivering technology change
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
• Experience engaging with clients and partners as a trusted technical advisor
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Business Central
• Understanding of modern AI tools
• Experience with automation technologies and scripting
