Seasalt is recruiting a Senior Technology Delivery Manager to oversee the operational delivery of technology services across infrastructure, systems and cloud platforms. The role balances service performance with supplier governance and a strong focus on incident response, change enablement and cost management.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technology operations, service management, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating Service Desk operations.
• Strong incident and problem management capabilities.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and partners.
• Experience coordinating across multiple technology domains (infrastructure, cloud, systems).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Strong operational leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent incident management and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, systems, cloud services and platforms.
• Oversee service management practices including incident, change, problem and service request fulfilment.
• Own operational budgets and supplier governance; manage on-call rotas and cost controls.
• Administer the Service Desk and ensure high-quality end-user support meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and governance processes; manage escalations and performance reviews.
• Maintain runbooks, design documentation, asset records and knowledge base for resilience and audits.
