The role emphasizes coordinating across specialists, establishing governance, and delivering ahead of business priorities while maintaining ownership with technical leads.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience building and maintaining technology roadmaps.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience translating technology strategy into deliverable plans.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Technology departmental roadmap and delivery plan.
• Coordinate delivery across Infrastructure, Data & BI, Software Development and Change.
• Provide consolidated delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Facilitate prioritisation decisions when demand exceeds capacity.
• Develop the Technology operating model.
