Job Description

The Role

The Technology Business Analyst (Tech BA) will be a key member of a project team implementing a new Content Management System (CMS) to replace multiple legacy systems. They will collaborate with internal teams, the product vendor, and the implementation partner to achieve the project goals and business benefits. They will also support discovery work for future project phases.

During the initial phase, they will support all stages of the project lifecycle, including:

1. Discovery
2. Design
3. Configuration
4. Integration
5. Migration
6. Testing
7. Rollout
8. Post go-live support

This role requires strong data analysis, technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to navigate complex environments involving technology and stakeholders.
