Role
Develop strategies and technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, improve user experiences, and leverage technology for measurable marketing outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, driving business growth. The ideal candidate will blend marketing strategy with cutting-edge consumer experience technology, integrating advanced technologies into marketing initiatives.
Experience & Skills Needed:
- 15+ years in defining & implementing strategies and solutions including Digital Commerce, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
- 10+ years with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience suite, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems
- 10+ years with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Expertise in consumer experience design, user journeys, personalization, omnichannel marketing
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and other advanced marketing technologies
- 10+ years working with globally distributed teams, including in India and Europe
- Experience providing solutions for at least 3 digital transformation initiatives using all variants of Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with global website rollouts, digital asset management, component library design, AEM CS management, and performance improvement
- Architecting solutions for scalable, available systems and integrating AEM with other Adobe and enterprise systems
- Providing architecture services for Adobe Experience Cloud and staying updated on its latest features
- Hands-on coding experience with AEM components
- Oversight, planning, and guidance for AEM projects
- Participation in project design, development, deployment, and establishing best practices
Job Responsibilities:

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to inform strategies, optimize initiatives, and report on metrics.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay current with marketing technologies and leverage emerging platforms.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure all strategies prioritize customer value and loyalty.
