Role – Technology Architect - AEM- Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Strategist

Technology: Marketing & Customer Experience Technology

Location: UK

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Role: Develop and implement strategies and technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, improve user experiences, and leverage technology for measurable marketing outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, driving business growth through marketing strategy and consumer experience technology integration.

Experience & Skills needed:

• 15+ years industry experience in strategies and technology solutions including Digital Commerce, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
• 10+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience suite, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems
• 10+ years experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
• Expertise in consumer experience design, user journeys, personalization, omnichannel marketing
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced marketing technologies
• 10+ years experience working with globally distributed teams, including in India and Europe
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (on-premise, AMS, SaaS) in at least 3 digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud features and architecture services
• Hands-on experience in AEM coding (backend and frontend)
• Ability to translate complex requirements into architectural designs and participate in client meetings
• Provides technical guidance and oversight for AEM projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead adoption of marketing technology solutions to improve campaign effectiveness
