About the Role

As a Technician Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to bring John Lewis service directly to customers' homes, installing products such as furniture, kitchen appliances, sound systems, and TV sets as part of a 2-person delivery team.

You will also coach and develop other delivery drivers on home installations and customer service, acting as a role model for excellent service.

Note: Must be 18 or older to work in this role.

• Assist in loading deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
• Respect customers' homes and handle unforeseen situations effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous installation experience required. Additional requirements include:

• Manual C1 UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• DCPC and Tachograph Card.
• Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle large items.
• Good understanding of technology.
