Autoskills-Uk is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Evesham to join a busy, professional automotive dealership. You will service, maintain, diagnose and repair vehicles in a modern workshop with strong training and clear career progression.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Good teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• An MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

OTE: Up to £41,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays

THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high‑quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostic and repair work while ensuring all vehicles are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
