Job summary

Fischer Panda UK Limited is seeking a technically minded sales specialist to help customers choose the right power and climate control solutions for specialized vehicles and mobile applications.

You will build relationships, understand requirements, and manage the process from lead to close, including proposals and tenders. Travel UK-wide and ongoing product training are on offer as part of a dynamic technical sales career.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in technical, B2B or engineering sectors.
• Interest in vehicles, engineering or specialist applications.
• Consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide.
• Ability to develop practical, tailored solutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated with target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to new and existing customers and develop strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking and lead follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tenders.
• Work with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, achieve targets and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts and reports to the Company Sales Director.
• Attend customer visits, industry events and trade exhibitions.
• Keep up to date with products, applications, competitors and developments within the specialist vehicle market.
• UK-wide travel for customer visits, industry events/exhibitions is required.
