Ashfield District Council is looking for a Technical & Validation Officer to join the Planning & Land Charges team within Planning & Regulatory Services on a permanent, full-time basis in Nottingham.

You will validate planning applications, check and process fees, register and progress applications and appeals, and handle related queries in liaison with the Information Support Team Leader and Support Team Assistants.

Closing date is 8 November 2026 with interviews on 18 November 2026.
