Job summary

Safran is seeking a Training School Manager to identify workforce capability needs and deliver robust training and development programmes. You will manage the Training School, support apprentices and employees, and align provision with operational objectives and compliance requirements.

This role involves close collaboration with HR, education partners, and operational leaders to shape future skills. You will lead the design and delivery of engaging training, using TWI and other methodologies,

Qualifications

Proven experience in training management or apprenticeship oversight.
Experience in learning and development within technical/operational environments.
Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify current and future skills needs with stakeholders and map to training plans.
Design, develop and deliver practical and classroom training using TWI methods.
Plan and oversee training activities, apprenticeships, rotations and structured learning paths.
Line management or people management experience with apprentices or trainees.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
