Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Associate Production Engineer to join our Cameron, LA team with travel as needed. You will focus on transitioning the facility from EPC to operations and developing the Ready for Operations schedule.

Reporting to the Manager of Production Engineering, you will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to meet safety and reliability KPIs, build real-time performance models, and set daily production targets for the CP2 LNG Trains.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience as a process/production engineer.
• Oil & gas experience required; LNG preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a facility production forecasting model.
• Support tools for production, environmental and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance, gas supply, commercial operations and finance on facility operations.
• Set CP2 Facility LNG Trains Production daily targets and develop the Production Plan for the day.
• Lead or participate in investigations to improve CP Facility LNG Trains performance.
