The Technical Team Lead will oversee the technical staffing for RCAS and RECS, two NHS England specialist assistive-technology services covering the North East and North Cumbria.

Based at Walkergate Park in Newcastle (RCAS) with RECS at Chad House, Hexham, you will govern equipment life cycles, ensure policies, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. Applicants must have UK registration and HCPC/RCT where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Essential degree or equivalent and HCPC/RCT registration.
• Evidence of CPD to masters level or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic assistive technology provision.
• Awareness of professional accountability and governance.

• Line management and governance of clinical staff across two services.
• Provide expert guidance on management of assistive technology and regulations.
• Oversee life cycle of equipment and ensure local policies are current.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
• May conduct specialist assessments and support equipment installation as needed.
