Job summary

Torbay Pharmaceuticals seeks a Manufacturing Support Team Leader to join our newly created Process Engineering and Optimisation team. You will lead and develop a team of Technical Support Technicians providing resource for projects and escalations from Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.

Reporting into the Head of Process Engineering and Optimisation, you will manage people, drive continuous improvement, set KPIs, and ensure capability alignment across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a technical team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with GMP and quality-focused manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact to manage real-time production disruptions or line stops.
• Schedule and deploy Technical Support Technicians.
• Maintain skill matrices and KPIs for the team.
• Coach and develop team members through personal development plans.
• Establish and monitor continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
