Technical Support Specialist (Chemistry)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in product development. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Chemistry, with proven lab experience and technical support skills.

As the team’s latest Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support pre- and post-sales for customers, as well as contribute to R&D product testing environments for complex scientific equipment. You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting technical problems as well as resolving these issues.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a BSc in Chemistry and several years of hands-on lab experience looking to try something new! If you also have any customer-facing or service experience, this would be a great benefit.

If you have experience in the following, we would love to hear from you:

• BSc/MSc in Chemistry
• Technical support or customer service experience
• Lab Experience & R&D Testing

You will be provided with continued training and development throughout the role. The company can also provide 25 days holiday + Pension and a competitive salary up to £33,000.
