Technical Support Services Supervisor - Portsmouth (Hybrid) - Up to £31,000 Per Annum DOE

Overview

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join a dynamic team of technical support and sales support professionals. The role involves delivering top-notch B2B and B2C solutions and products, providing support to end customers, mentoring and coaching the team, and acting as a second in command reporting to the Support Services Manager.

Required Experience

1. Previous mentorship or leadership experience within a customer support team involving the resolution of escalated tickets.
2. Experience handling both B2B and B2C customer relationships.
3. A personal interest in technology, including understanding the components of a computer and the process of building PCs.
4. Experience in developing processes and procedures to streamline and strengthen business operations.
5. Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects or deadlines effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Supervising a team of 6, providing mentorship, and driving service improvements through staff development.
2. Working closely with B2B and B2C customers to deliver excellent service.
3. Willingness to take responsibility when needed and act as a second in command for your manager.
4. Communicating confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
