Job summary

Abbexa Ltd in Bar Hill (Cambridge area) is seeking a Technical Support Scientist to join our high-paced team. You will provide scientific support to customers by email and phone, and assist with order fulfilment in a busy laboratory environment.

You will troubleshoot applications (such as WB, IHC and ELISA) and coordinate with colleagues worldwide to ensure smooth service. Training is provided, and you will be organized and proactive in improving quality processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years laboratory experience (ELISA, WB, IHC or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific technical support to customers via email and phone.
• Assist with order fulfilment and documentation.
• Troubleshoot applications (WB, IHC, ELISA) and liaise with colleagues worldwide.
• Identify improvements to processes and support continuous quality control.
