Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a dynamic technical sales professional to drive growth across the Midlands and the North West of England. You will build partnerships, present bespoke solutions, and uncover new leads in electric rotating machinery maintenance.

The role requires deep knowledge of rotating equipment, strong communication skills, and a proven sales track record. A competitive package includes a base salary, annual bonus, car or allowance, generous leave, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales and a robust understanding of the sales process.
• Extensive knowledge of rotating machinery (pumps, gearboxes, compressors, motors, generators, transformers).
• Exceptional communication/presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients.
• Understand their challenges and collaborate to create bespoke solutions.
• Carry out in-depth regional research to uncover new sales leads for electric rotating machinery maintenance.
• Provide market feedback to enhance Sulzer's offerings.
• Offer support and guidance showcasing Sulzer's products to address complex engineering problems.
• Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
