Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Building Services, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Interest in technology, networking, software systems, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and system-related issues.
• Manage support cases within Salesforce CRM with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with customers, building relationships and providing updates throughout resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to expedite complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting.
