Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and system issues with practical solutions.
• Manage support cases within Salesforce CRM with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with customers and build strong relationships with regular updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and gain advanced troubleshooting exposure.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through articles, documentation, and knowledge base updates.
