Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Fully remote role

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with some of their software even used by NASA.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, particularly Zend Framework.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframes, is a plus but not essential.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Represent our client as the first point of contact
2. Assist customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
4. Utilize your technical skills: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on experience with PHP technologies, Linux and Windows server experience, basic networking, and shell scripting
