Location: Fully remote

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise supporting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework.

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly impressive software company, used by organizations including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for the client's environment on Linux and Windows servers.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
3. Represent the client as the first point of contact.
4. Demonstrate expertise in PHP to assist customers.

Qualifications:
