Job summary

Gallagher is seeking three Technical Support Engineers to join the UK-based team in Warwick. You will be the first line of contact for Gallagher Security customers and Channel Partners worldwide, addressing complex technical challenges with expert guidance and clear communication.

The role involves troubleshooting networking, device, software and access control issues, recording resolutions in CRM, and collaborating with regional teams to drive timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT networking and device troubleshooting.
• Experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
• Effective problem-solving skills with ability to analyse issues and identify practical solutions.
• Team-focused approach with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support calls and emails, providing accurate, timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control issues using structured root cause analysis.
• Record support interactions and resolutions clearly in CRM and knowledge base systems.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product testing, and development teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
• Build knowledge of Gallagher Security products and processes through continuous learning.
