Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our Technical Support team. You will provide multi-channel technical support on heating products to internal and external customers, aiming for first-time resolution and professional service.

You’ll record enquiries, develop product knowledge through ongoing training, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate technical information is shared across current and new products.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 (A Level equivalent) qualification or above. A mechanical, electrical or similar recognised qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for handling a high-profile customer-focused role.
• IT literate with experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of pre & post sales technical support to external and internal customers through multiple communication channels.
• Perform against qualitative and quantitative KPI’s.
• To ensure that advice is delivered ‘Right First Time’
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure flow of accurate and up to date technical information.
