• Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
• Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
• Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation

You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly; in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently.

Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
