Working remotely, you'll provide technical support to customers and engineers, using your existing engineering knowledge to diagnose issues. This Technical Support Engineer Role Will Include:

• Technical Support Engineer position - working remotely


• Providing over the phone technical support to customers and engineers


• Working on food processing equipment


• Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting


• Developing strong product and technical knowledge


• Access to continuous OEM training and development

The Ideal Technical Support Engineer Will Have:

• Basic Electrical / Mechanical engineering knowledge


• Field Service Engineer looking to come off the road considered


• Alternatively, someone with a basic engineering background looking to take their first step into a technical support role
  
• Good computer skills
