Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are pleased to be recruiting for a new Technical Support Engineer to join our team during an exciting period of growth. We are a small, well-established, and highly reputable IT support company based in Coventry, serving organizations and charities of all sizes across the Midlands since 2005. We take pride in our company's reputation and are eager to invite you to consider joining us.

Our technological expertise includes:

  • Cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint Online)
  • Windows Server environments; Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
  • Windows Desktops; Windows 10/11
  • Business networks; switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, and more.

Are you ready to join our friendly, busy team? We are looking for applicants who are:

  • Effective communicators, capable of liaising with customers via telephone and email, with strong written skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm approach to customer issues. Good communication with the team is essential, especially for remote work.
  • Experienced in similar roles, ideally within outsourced IT services. We welcome applicants of all experience levels and may hire multiple candidates.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work independently, managing workloads and prioritizing inquiries effectively.

We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Training will be provided as needed.

Our work environment includes both remote work and in-office presence at our Coventry location. While we are flexible regarding your base location, occasional travel to Coventry and across the West Midlands for client visits will be required.
