Job summary

Napoleon, located near Berkswell, seeks a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor to handle consumer inquiries, warranty claims and spare parts requests. You will build strong knowledge of Napoleon barbecues and assist customers with operation, care and troubleshooting.

In this role you will support the sales office and warehouse, process orders and maintain accurate records. A proactive, customer-focused approach and MS Office proficiency are essential; Sage 50 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn product range in detail.
• Ability to interpret technical information and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Handle consumer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide guidance on product operation, care and troubleshooting.
• Manage warranty claims and spare parts orders.
• Identify barbecue models and spare parts using documentation.
• Process orders and keep customers informed throughout.
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock and dispatch.
