Job summary

Napoleon in the UK is seeking a Retailer & Sales Support Advisor to provide excellent service to our retail customers and support the UK field sales team. You will handle orders, enquiries and day-to-day sales administration, while ensuring smooth collaboration with the warehouse and customer service teams.

The role includes supporting consumer enquiries and spare parts, and helping with stock availability and reports. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential in this busy, small team.

Retailer & Sales Support Advisor

As a Retailer & Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to Napoleon's retail customers and supporting the UK field sales team. You will be a key point of contact for retailers, assisting with orders, enquiries and day-to-day sales administration while ensuring the field sales team has the information and support required to effectively service our retail network.

The role will also provide support to the wider customer service function, including consumer enquiries, warranty claims and spare parts, when required. You will work closely with colleagues across customer service, sales and the warehouse to ensure a high level of customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Your Main Responsibilities And Activities Include

• Handle retailer enquiries by phone and email, including order, product, stock and delivery queries.
• Process retailer orders accurately and coordinate with transport companies to support timely delivery.
• Resolve retailer issues and order queries, escalating cases as appropriate and keeping customers informed.
• Provide day-to-day support to the field sales team with customer information, orders, reports and follow-up activities.
• Provide product, stock and order information to support retailer visits and customer discussions.
• Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock availability, order fulfilment and deliveries
• Maintain accurate retailer, customer, order and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports, customer information and other documentation as required.
• Assist with general administration, stock control, trade shows and events as required.
• Support the warehouse with stock handling, spare parts, packing and order picking when required.
• Provide support to consumers with general enquiries, warranty claims and spare parts requirements when required.
• Work closely with sales, customer service and warehouse colleagues to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the showroom, reception and office areas are clean and tidy.

About You

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administrative role preferably within a sales or retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office required, and Sage Accounts 50 experience would be a plus.
• Well organized, accurate and comfortable managing several tasks at once.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage physical tasks such as picking, packing and managing stock.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of a small, busy team.
• Possess a valid, clean driver's license and have own transport.

• Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
