We currently have a vacancy for a technical support and commissioning engineer based at our UK facility in Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, RG41 5TP.
This customer-focused role involves providing a wide range of technical support for our broadcast clients in the UK and Europe. We seek a keen and enthusiastic engineer/technician with a strong interest in broadcast or professional AV environments at a technical level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class technical onsite support and service to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Visit customer premises to commission equipment.
- Provide operational and service training.
- Assist with customer acceptance testing.
- Offer direct phone and email support to our customer base.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education in Electronics or Electronic Engineering is advantageous.
- Qualified through industrial or professional experience, with broad digital video and audio experience.
- Experience in testing, servicing, and commissioning video and audio systems is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn about baseband and IP-based products, with the ability to self-educate.
