Evertz is a world-leading company specializing in innovative broadcast video & audio equipment design.

We are seeking a technical support and commissioning engineer based at our UK facility in Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, RG41 5TP.

This customer-focused role involves providing comprehensive technical support to our broadcast clients across the UK and Europe.

We prefer a keen, enthusiastic engineer/technician with a strong interest in broadcast or professional AV environments at a technical level.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-class onsite technical support and service to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Visit customer premises to commission equipment.
3. Offer operational and service training.
4. Assist with customer acceptance testing.
5. Provide direct phone and email support to our customer base.

Qualifications:

• An education in Electronics or Electronic Engineering is advantageous.
• Experience in testing, servicing, and commissioning video and audio systems is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about baseband and IP-based products and self-educate as needed.
