Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our Technical Services team in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshoot faults, coordinate with engineers, and help ensure services remain operational for customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring networks, deploying remote updates, configuring routers for new installations, and providing updates to teams and suppliers. The role offers 4 on/4 off shifts and full-time hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent).
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP.
  • Previous helpdesk, service desk or technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience working within a telecommunications or technical support environment.
  • Exposure to network troubleshooting and remote support tools.

Technical Support Analyst Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off | 12-Hour Shifts

Are you technically minded, customer-focused, and looking to build your career within a fast-paced technical services environment? We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Technical Services team. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you'll play a vital role in supporting telecommunications networks, troubleshooting faults, coordinating with engineers, and helping ensure services remain operational for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with helpdesk or technical support experience who enjoys problem-solving and is keen to develop their networking and technical skills.


What You'll Be Doing
