Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead maintenance and engineering services at a key client site.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure health, safety and statutory compliance while overseeing subcontractors and service delivery. The role also focuses on continuous improvement and working with site stakeholders to uphold service excellence.
