We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of rides, facilities, and equipment at a leading entertainment venue. This role requires a hands-on engineering professional with leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Lead daily operations, ensuring maintenance and ride procedures meet high standards.
2. Manage a team of engineers and support staff, prioritizing safety.
3. Maintain ride uptime and respond promptly to system issues.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on projects.
6. Manage spares, tools, and resources efficiently.
7. Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe work practices.
8. Provide leadership, training, and development for your team.

Requirements

1. Strong technical background in electrical/mechanical systems within entertainment or ride-based venues.
2. Knowledge of preventative maintenance, safety standards, and fault diagnosis.
3. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, AV, and HVAC systems.
4. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
5. Ability to work across departments and support various teams.
6. Experience managing contractors and maintenance reporting systems.
