Job summary

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager to join a specialist technology and engineering group as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will lead the group’s technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leaders across the group.

You will provide oversight across R&D, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long‑term technology direction across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams across complex groups.
• Proven ability to implement consistent R&D processes and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of product design, development and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's technology and innovation strategy with the CEO and senior leaders.
• Provide oversight across R&D teams and establish standardised processes and design principles.
• Drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long‑term technology direction.
• Collaborate with executives across the group to align on technology goals.
