Job Description:

Our team is part of the Audi F1 Project, which will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The project involves multiple locations, including Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. The role is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany, starting January 1, 2026.

The position involves supporting the Energy Recovery System (ERS) department in developing and testing key components to enhance power unit performance for racing. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, budget support, testing, assembly planning, process optimization, data analysis, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications include a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, experience in motorsport or electric drive systems, strong organizational and analytical skills, passion for motorsport and technology, and proficiency in German or English.
