Job Description

Join our team for the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team spans three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. Based in Neuburg, Germany, the position involves supporting the Energy Recovery System (ERS) department in development and testing of key components to enhance power unit performance.

Position details: Starting January 1, 2026, at Audi Formula Racing GmbH, Neuburg, Germany.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
  • Help in budget planning for ERS projects
  • Coordinate testing and deployment planning for ERS components
  • Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
  • Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods
  • Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile
  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination
  • Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environment
  • Strong organizational skills and team spirit
  • Analytical and structured working approach
  • Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
