Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Specialist to join its industry-leading Nalco Water team. You will manage long-standing client relationships and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems on site.

The role offers a hands-on service environment with autonomy, supported by a world-class training program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or technical field.
• Technical service or field sales support experience would be preferable but not essential for the right candidate.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem solving support regarding the Company's products/applications/solutions.
• Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
• Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals.
• Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.

What You Will Do
