Job summary

Jobs for Planet is seeking a Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager to bridge customer needs and technical delivery in a fast-growing SaaS business. You will lead engagements, translate requirements into actionable designs, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to shape delivery processes, drive customer success, and scale the Technical Solutions function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience in technical solutions, implementation, professional services, customer success, technical account management, or a related area.
• Experience working directly with customers on complex requirements or technology projects.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing people, ideally at least 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with data, systems, integrations, or technology-enabled business processes.
• A technical, quantitative, or analytical background, ideally a STEM degree.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• A commercially minded and pragmatic approach.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Some experience with scripting, automation, or technical tools.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into practical technical approaches and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver forms of the platform that meet customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and support members of the Technical Solutions and Implementation team.
• Support customer discussions, technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution conversations.
• Help establish scalable approaches as the business grows and improve delivery processes.
