Job summary

Clear Junction is seeking a Pre-Sales and Client Implementation Manager to bridge Sales, Onboarding, Relationship Management, and technical delivery for fintech clients. You will act as the primary product and solutions expert, ensuring proposals translate into compliant, well-understood implementations.

You'll collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal and IT to deliver go-live success while guiding ongoing client activation and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

4+ years in fintech, payments, banking or financial services in client-facing roles.
Experience translating client requirements into practical product solutions.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end client implementations from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

Design tailored client solutions with Sales and Relationship Management.
Translate proposals into implementation roadmaps and timelines.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including technical integration and sandbox readiness.
Coordinate internal approvals for non-standard requests.
Lead client handovers to ongoing account management and support hypercare.
