• Develop and grow the Technical Solutions & Implementation capability.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members.
• Contribute to processes, planning, documentation, and ways of working.
• Help establish scalable approaches as the business grows.
• Support development of team capabilities and responsibilities over time.
• Understand customer objectives, requirements and challenges to deliver practical solutions.
• Coordinate activities across customers and internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Support issue resolution and ensure customer projects progress effectively.
• Take ownership of customer engagements and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and delivery processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical approaches with data, systems and integrations.
