Job summary

QinetiQ in Portsmouth is hiring a Team Lead - Technical Services to oversee Estates Delivery. You will ensure safe, compliant maintenance for site assets, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet budgets and service standards.

The role requires leadership experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on safety, risk management and continuous improvement. 37 hours per week on-site at Portsmouth, with travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and engaging multiple stakeholders to deliver objectives.
• Experience in maintenance operations for facilities, buildings, infrastructure and assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a proactive, engaged, high-performing team
• Coordinate with Team Leads and stakeholders to prioritise workloads and budgets
• Manage facilities, maintenance operations, buildings, infrastructure and assets with contractor coordination
• Ensure maintenance actions, audit findings, risk management, and responsibilities are completed on time
• Manage work delivery to agreed time, cost, quality and safety standards
• Provide strong leadership through communication, performance management and collaboration
