Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a highly organized Technical Services Specialist to join the EMEA Operations team. The role focuses on technical processes, supplier management and production readiness, reporting and data dashboards.

The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, records management and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across Technical Services.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, technical support, quality, manufacturing or supplier-facing environment.
• Experience working with data, records management or process administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, log and track print and colour samples submitted by suppliers.
• Maintain accurate technical records, databases and sample archives.
• Monitor supplier compliance with processes and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve missing, late or incomplete submissions.
• Analyze sample and compliance data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI summaries for the Technical Services team.
• Support production verification by cross-checking supplier submissions against plans and requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies and support continuous improvement across Technical Services processes.
