Job summary

Informed Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Services Officer for a Business Consultancy that provides Procurement, Asset Management & Development Consultancy to social housing customers. The role focuses on operational support to the technical team to facilitate procurements and ensure specifications meet operational needs.

Based in Birmingham with a 50/50 hybrid pattern, you will review technical specifications, research to develop documents, engage stakeholders, and assist with tender

Qualifications

• Operational and technical experience in Social Housing or consultancy serving the sector.
• Experience in property asset management, technical services and/or remediation.
• Project coordination/management and development of technical specifications.
• Understanding of CDM and Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong cost management and value optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support review of technical specifications to meet operational requirements.
• Research to develop technical specifications and maintain core documentation.
• Stakeholder engagement and tender evaluation including scoring.
• Maintain benchmark pricing register, cost estimation and reporting.
• Monitor sector developments and legislative updates.
