Your day-to-day activities include reviewing specifications, researching developments, maintaining documentation, engaging stakeholders, evaluating tenders, and keeping pricing registers up to date, with a focus on cost estimation and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in social/affordable housing sector
• Knowledge of asset management and procurement processes

Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications to ensure they meet operational requirements
• Research to develop technical specifications
• Maintain core specification documentation
• Stakeholder engagement
• Scrutinise tender submissions; quality check framework submissions and proposals
• Maintain benchmark pricing register; cost estimation; reporting
• Internal communications; tender scoring and evaluation
• Stay up to date with sector developments and legislative updates
