Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks a Technical Services Manager (Electrical bias) to lead a team of engineers at a high-security site in the UK. Based at DSTL, Porton Down, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, drive safety and compliance, and mentor apprentices while managing client relations and the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrical engineer with ability to manage contractors and ensure compliance.
• Experience with health and safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Admin-heavy role requiring strong data handling and office-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and operatives to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage remedial works, review inspection reports and ensure safety documentation.
• Oversee billable works up to 25k and maintain CAFM maintenance scheduling.
