Integral UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 76 Southbank, a striking redeveloped office building located along the River Thames in London's vibrant Southbank.

This position involves providing high-quality and compliant technical services to the PAM 76 Southbank. The Technical Support Manager will ensure efficient and effective service delivery in line with budgets and specifications, monitor and report on service quality and financial performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site activities and provide information on service plans and records.
  • Support maintenance-related activities and ensure effective communication.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests.
  • Ensure compliance with the PAM contract specifications.
  • Provide monthly reports in the agreed format for internal and client review.
Health, Safety and Environmental
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain risk assessments, COSHH records, and safe work method records on site.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and comply with H&S responsibilities.
  • Monitor compliance of service partners with legislation.
  • Manage remedial, emergency, and planned works to ensure safety.
Quality of Service Delivery
  • Assess performance levels and promote improvements.
  • Update asset lists, schedules, and instructions.
  • Plan labor and schedule tasks effectively.
  • Ensure use of site-based business systems and review work schedules for value and efficiency.
  • Report on performance metrics and suggest service improvements.
Personnel Management and Administration
  • Support team and client staff technically.
  • Assess and develop team skills and morale.
  • Handle HR queries and recruit staff as needed.
  • Maintain administrative records and procedures.
Finance
  • Manage procurement and processing of works and invoices.
  • Maintain expenditure records and provide reports.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience
