Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a safety, quality, technical and risk intelligence professional to support the Strategic Account Director and advise management teams, employees, volunteers and supply chain partners across the account.

You will lead the account assurance framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, track KPI/SLA performance and manage CAPAs within an auditable work control system.

Qualifications

• Responsible for providing safety, quality, technical and risk intelligence professional support to the Strategic Account Director and advising all management teams, employees, volunteers and supply chain partners.
• Plan and deliver the account assurance framework ensuring systems, processes and procedures meet regulatory compliance.
• Measure and report compliance against KPI, SLA and CAPA plans with auditable controls.
• Oversee risk assessment and learning methodologies aligned to OCS requirements across the account.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, quality, technical and risk intelligence support to the Strategic Account Director and management teams.
• Lead the planning and delivery of the account assurance framework to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Measure and report compliance, KPIs and SLAs, and manage CAPAs.
• Ensure risk assessment methodologies are embedded across the account.
• Demonstrate full compliance to Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).
• Maintain auditable work control systems for OCS employees and partners.
• Contribute to and chair safety and technical management meetings including CoP.
• Support CMS delivery with HoSO and SAE across the account.
• Collaborate with SLT/SMT to drive long-term improvement in safety, technical and QA.
