Job summary

We are seeking an M&E Lead Engineer to manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, oversee PPM and reactive works, and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer with practical industry experience.
• Experience managing engineers in facilities management or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive works, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed team of mechanical and electrical engineers and assign tasks.
• Review PPM and reactive requests with helpdesk to optimise internal vs contractor work.
• Review and benchmark contractor quotes for M&E works and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed client quotes for additional works and track status for approvals.
• Ensure compliance documentation is filed and up-to-date for audits and client reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and support incident investigations.
